Maturity refers not only to the number of years the CSP has been operating, but also to how long it has offered each of its services. Broadly speaking, the more migrations a CSP has performed, the better. That experience informs its ability to advise you on whether, how and when to migrate, as well as which applications and functions should be migrated. Lay out your challenges, and see if the CSP has "been there, done that." A mature CSP is also likely to have a strong relationship with the company offering the cloud platform.
