Streamlining Communication & Request Management Microsoft Power Pages Use Case Managing communica on and requests can be challenging in today's fast-paced business environment, especially for large organiza ons like TDSā„¢ (a Fortune 1000 company and OneNeck's parent company). With numerous contractors and associates involved in various projects, their exis ng email-based communica on system led to informa on overload and inefficiencies. To overcome these challenges, TDS Telecom turned to Microso 's Power Pla orm to create a centralized portal that streamlines communica on and request management processes. As described by Sr Project Manager of New Market Development, Emily Pommerening "TDS Telecom was encroaching on a communication collapse! Because we were utilizing old fashioned email distribution lists, Associates were bombarded by requests from external partners, pertaining to a nationwide market base, when in reality they only needed to react to about 10% of them. Inboxes were becoming unmanageable; the quality of handoffs was suffering and work was getting deprioritized purely due to congestion." They needed a solution to unite all the moving pieces and centralize their communication and request management process. To address these challenges, TDS Telecom collaborated with OneNeck's Microsoft automation team to develop a Power Pages portal that gives every contributor the timely information they need, all within a single platform. The Request Management Portal Process Users access the portal and submit their requests, replacing the previous email-based system. This streamlined approach provides a more organized and efficient method of managing requests, improving communication and visibility for all involved parties.
