The Challenge Regency Ligh ng's IT provider was unable to deliver the level of exper se and quality of service Regency needed to support their growing business. With 300 total users, server down me was becoming more and more frequent making it difficult for agents to provide informa on to poten al customers or even take orders. Regency needed to revamp their IT environment, increase system availability and simplify desktop management.
