Report processing, which used to take one-to-two hours to run, are now completed within 15-20 minutes. Project accoun ng processes take 20-30 minutes instead of more than one hour. Response me decreased from 10-15 seconds to 3 seconds. Data query me fell from five minutes to 30 seconds or less. Now users navigate the applica ons and retrieve data more easily. By combining mul ple forms into one, data retrieval and reconcilia on became a straigh orward process. Under its current 10-year agreement, OneNeck con nues to manage the Oracle environment, systems and infrastructure for MPS.
