Case two: Enabling COVID-19 response messaging for a state university. We received an emergency request from a state university that was struggling to manage call routing and deliver critical proactive messaging related to COVID-19. Within a matter of hours, we were able to resolve the school's issue and deliver a solution that allowed it to get vital information to the right people at the right time. Case three: Helping a dental firm meet expanding needs. A large dental firm was seeking to expand its remote user capability for the long term from approximately 25 to up to 200 end users. The firm's existing system wasn't capable of this kind of scalability, so we developed a custom solution based on virtual servers that has the flexibility to grow with the firm's growing needs.
