The Challenge When Sunny Delight Beverages Co. decided to implement Microso Dynamics AX 2012 on Azure and do so within a short, 3-week meframe, it was clear that they didn't have the exper se in- house to successfully deploy and manage the solu on themselves. In addi on, Sunny Delight Beverages Co.'s system integrator (SI) was not familiar with Microso Dynamics AX 2012 on an Azure environment and needed assistance with the management (database restores and configura on changes) as well as go-live support following implementa on. Given the long-standing, successful partnership, the company knew OneNeck had the resources and exper se required to expand their Microso AX environment into a hybrid cloud deployment and selected OneNeck to complete the task. As part of the implementa on, Microso required the use of Microso Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) to improve predictability and quality of the Microso Dynamics AX 2012 environment. OneNeck was able to successfully implement Sunny Delight Beverages Co.'s new AX environment on Azure and meet the requirements for Microso 's high availability SLA, which requires addi onal components to be added to the environment to avoid any single point of failure.
